Description:
This 2-pack, solvent base multi-purpose exterior finish has ultra durability and unique decorative result. It provides rigid coat to protect concrete from carbonizing, create long lasting clean surface. This product can be a replacement of metal curtain wall and aluminum-plastic composite panel, etc.
Uses:
Applicable to exterior wall of industrial and civil buildings, metal structures and decorative boards. Examples like: bank buildings, skyscraper, exhibition center, congress hall, etc

Main Composition: Fluorocarbon resin, pigments, additives, water.

Color: A variety of metal colors
I***ct Resistance: 50kg/ cm3
Acid Resistance: > 7 days (10%H2SO4)
Alkali Resistance: > 7days (10% NaOH)
Mixing and Dilution Ratio: Base: Hardener=12:1
Stir well after mixing, add 25-35% Fluorocarbon Metallic Thinner
Coverage: 6m2/kg/2coat (vary depending on application methods and surface)
Drying (at 25℃):
Touch Dry: < 25 minutes
Re-coat Interval: > 4 hours
Hard Dry: < 24 hours
Complete Dry: 7 days
Film Thickness: Wet: 60-70¦Ìm, Dry: 25-30¦Ìm
Application Method: Spray for metallic substrates
Recommended Painting System:
Sealer: 1-2 coats of Fluorocarbon Metallic Thinner sealer
Undercoat (needed only for textured painting): 1 coat of texture undercoat
Finish: 2-3 coats of Fluorocarbon Metallic Exterior Paint (3-4 coats for semi-matt)
Glazing Varnish (not a necessity): 1-2 coats Metallic Thinner Glazing Varnish (no need for semi-matt)
